1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to KKaebi! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infiniction Co., Ltd.(“Infiniction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Infiniction website, mobile application (if applicable), and content (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility (Age Restriction)
- General Access: You must be at least 13 years of age to access or use the Service. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service.
- Mature Content (R19): Certain content on the Service may contain explicit material intended for adults (“Mature Content”). You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your location) to access Mature Content. We reserve the right to verify your age before granting access to such content.

To access certain features (e.g., purchasing Zings, unlocking chapters), you must create an account.

4. Virtual Currency (Zings) and Purchases
The Service allows you to purchase virtual currency (“Zings”) to access paid content.
- No Ownership: Zings have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. You acquire a limited, revocable license to use Zings solely within the Service.
- Final Sale: All purchases of Zings are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
- Pricing: We reserve the right to change the price of Zings or the number of Zings required to unlock content at any time without notice.
- Expiration: Zings may have an expiration date if required by applicable laws or promotional terms. Generally, purchased Zings do not expire as long as your account remains active.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All content provided on the Service, including novels, translations, text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Infiniction or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- No Piracy: You may not copy, scrape, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content. Using automated tools (bots, spiders) to access or copy content is strictly prohibited.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Post comments that are harassing, defamatory, hate speech, or spam.
- Attempt to bypass our security measures or Digital Rights Management (DRM).
- Impersonate any person or entity.
We reserve the right to remove any user comments or content that violates these guidelines.
7. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on the Service infringes upon your copyright, please notify our Designated Agent pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

- Disclaimer: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
- Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL INFINICTION, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST SIX (6) MONTHS.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Jurisdiction: Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
- Class Action Waiver: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND INFINICTION AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Service or through other communications. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
