Just as he’d hoped, Sujeong’s mother returned early. The second the security chime announced her car pulling into the driveway, Ihyun was on his feet, heading straight for the foyer. A moment later, the sharp clack-clack of her heels echoed in the entryway. “Oh, you startled me.
