Then he sprang to his feet and headed off in the opposite direction from where Baby Gureum had gone! Inwoo followed him, huffing (though up ahead, Jeong Soohyun heard only faint breathing). Jeong Soohyun unlocked the door at the back of the building and stepped outside. Inwoo was about to follow barefoot without even realizing it, but Soohyun held out a pair of slippers himself to stop him. They crossed the garden, bright under the sharp summer sun. Too short for a walk, a little far for moving between buildings. Even though it was a staff building, the annex looked sleek and stylish from the outside.
