Vanessa’s method of throwing away trash was surprisingly simple. Publicly expose every single defect, break it so thoroughly that anyone looking at it would shake their head in disgust, and then burn whatever was left to ashes. That was how Vanessa disposed of garbage. While this particular garbage was a somewhat special case, it made little difference. If anything, it promised to be even easier to get rid of. The higher an elf’s standing and the longer they had lived, the more fractured they were. Moreover, the Elders viewed humans like worms. Other elves were no different, but the Elders in particular never imagined a human could achieve anything.
