Shin Haejun landed in the midst of the Infected. As soon as they caught the scent of a human, they stopped climbing and rushed toward him instead. But Haejun showed not a sliver of fear. It was as if the very emotion had been surgically removed from him. He charged, his heavy steps pounding the ground. His movements were fast and precise. He grabbed the back of an Infected’s head with a gloved fist and threw it, then used the rifle in his other hand to open fire on the others approaching him.
