The memory of Min Ahyeon’s blood, poured from her lips into his mouth, was still vivid—as was its metallic taste. It had to be her blood. He had been on the verge of death from the infection, but he drank her blood. He’d lost his mind in the process, but when he came to his senses, the infection was gone.
